Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support retail execution across Baton Rouge-area stores. You will stock shelves, build and maintain displays, and ensure our iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy!

stay front and center. You’ll travel regionally, interact with store teams and customers, and use Salesforce on an iPad to place timely product orders while promoting our RTM plans and promotional displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising and customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with in-store promotions and display setup helps success.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI/Salesforce.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Place orders via iPad to keep shelves stocked and displays current.
• Implement promotions and align with RTM plans in stores.
• Follow schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
