Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer in the Arlington/Falls Church area. You will bring popular brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store by building displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are in stock.

The role emphasizes in-person customer service, merchandising excellence, and daily store visits using iPad and Salesforce to manage orders and promotions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID or U.S. passport or federal ID to access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving product up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Live within 25–35 miles of Arlington, VA; Falls Church, VA is also a secondary location.
• Schedule availability: Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow digital merchandising initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plans with RTMs are followed.
• Stay compliant and follow daily schedules set by RTMs and management.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
