Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreos and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure items are in stock while building strong relationships with store teams and shoppers.

The role involves daily store visits, placing orders via iPad, following RTM plans, and supporting new product launches and promotions. A physically active, customer-focused position based in Colorado.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of the brands and provide excellent service to store staff and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage across stores.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety requirements, including lifting and moving products as needed.
