Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in Mesa, AZ. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock while engaging with store teams and shoppers.

Responsibilities include daily store visits, ordering via iPad, and implementing promotional displays, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. This role requires independence and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and move product as needed.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus; Mesa, AZ area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel for execution and visibility.
• Communicate store-level insights and issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks as required.
