Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will build relationships, stock shelves, and implement displays to keep products visible and in stock.

The role requires driving to multiple stores, independent work, and strong customer service. Open weekday availability, starting at 7:00 AM, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Centerville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plans are followed.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physical activities including lifting and moving product.
