Job summary

NUFACE seeks a Retail Sales Selling Specialist to drive in-store sales at partner retailers in Charlotte. You will promote NuFACE products, assess skin care needs, and provide expert advice to customers and store teams.

You will train staff, lead demonstrations, plan in-store events with the Account Executive, and maintain positive store energy while delivering personalized solutions. Travel to designated retailers as needed and adapt to a fast-paced aesthetics environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in prestige retail (Nordstrom, Sephora, ULTA)
• Exceptional public speaking skills
• Intermediate administrative skills (Outlook 365, mobile app)
• Extensive skincare and wellness product knowledge
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Ability to travel to designated retailers as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Esthetician license preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote NuFACE at partner retailers, advising customers on skincare needs.
• Demonstrate, train and educate clients and store associates on microcurrent skincare and product usage.
• Introduce the NuFACE App and its features to clients and staff.
• Collaborate with Account Executive to plan in-store events to meet sales goals.
• Recap daily sales and provide feedback and recommendations to improve performance.
• Communicate merchandising and stock issues to the Account Executive.
• Maintain an uplifting, energetic environment and enthusiasm for aesthetics and wellness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
