Job summary

Wegmans in Gambrills, MD is hiring a part-time in-store shopper for curbside order fulfillment. You will use a store app to manage orders, bag items carefully, and process substitutions and payments.

Shifts start as early as 5am, with mornings and weekends required, and access to comprehensive benefits. Requirements include customer service experience in grocery/retail, ability to use a company device, strong communication, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders and stage them in fulfillment area.
• Properly handle all product, including properly bagging items to reach the customer.
• Make appropriate substitutions as needed and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace.
• May be expected to carry out other customer service duties within the store, as needed, including running a register.

What You'll Do
