Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Houston is hiring In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representatives to promote HVAC, plumbing and electrical services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-store or at-home appointments with weekend availability required.

You don't need HVAC experience; training is provided. We offer hourly pay plus uncapped commission, weekly direct deposit, and pathways to HVAC Sales Advisor roles with full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.

• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.

As an In-Store Scheduling & Marketing Representative, you will:

Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
