Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Kemah, TX. Part-time and full-time positions available with hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

You'll engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments while working toward daily and weekly targets. Training is provided and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience; we want people who are outgoing and willing to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts; weekend and some holidays required.
• Reliable transportation and clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Weekly in-office meetings and background check per policy.
