Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, with the ability to create and edit signage, labels, and promotional materials.
• MS Office intermediate experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, including a vocational training certificate, required.
• Ability to work independently on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry, including creating, updating, and modifying items within the database that feeds the POS system
• Maintain and audit the product database by regularly reviewing pricing, descriptions, and item attributes to ensure signage display correct information and promotions trigger as intended
• Design and produce store signage, labels, and stickers in alignment with company branding and promotional needs
• Support day-to-day store and IT operations, helping ensure smooth and efficient business functionality
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational needs
