Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Scan Coordinator responsible for maintaining price integrity across the store. Tasks include updating daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, adjusting shelf and promotional signs, and verifying pricing accuracy in all departments.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze scanning programs and maintain reports.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Read price tags, create/post signs, activate pricing, and use a computer; climb a ladder when needed.
• Able to lift up to 17 lbs., move boxes up to 8 feet, walk up to 4 miles in 8 hours, and perform crouching/kneeling/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain price integrity in the store.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, update shelf signs and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional price accuracy, and signage across departments.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations.
• Support pricing integrity with speed and accuracy.
