Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and product displays.

The ideal candidate communicates well, maintains a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Comprehend and perform basic computer and point-of-sale skills.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
