Job summary

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in NJ. Pay is $20–$22 per hour plus commission, with earning potential of $20–$30 per hour on average and weekly pay.

Part-time and full-time opportunities are available with paid training, flexible schedules, and advancement potential into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meeting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
