Job summary

Air Experts is hiring In-Store Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage shoppers, start friendly conversations, and educate customers about comfort needs and service options.

Pay ranges from $20–$22 per hour plus commission, with earning potential of $20–$30 per hour on average. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, and paid training are offered in Toms River, Lakewood & Brick locations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail/kiosk/door-to-door or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.

• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
