American Home Design seeks dynamic Promotions Representatives for the Nashville area, working inside Home Depot stores across East Nashville, Bellevue, Hermitage, Hendersonville, Madison, Antioch, and Spring Hill locations.

Part-time and full-time roles offer paid training, a base pay plus unlimited bonus potential, with top performers earning over $30/hour. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are available, including health insurance for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background required (retail, servers, call center).
• Energetic, outgoing and able to speak with confidence to customers.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Able to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift and stay active.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers with a scripted conversation to generate interest.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot.
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift.
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations.

We have opportunities to work in the East Nashville, Bellevue, Hermitage, Hendersonville, Madison, Antioch, and Thompson Lane, Spring HIll locations.
