American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Nashville area team. You will promote in Home Depot stores, set qualified appointments for a free water test, and engage customers with energy and a friendly, script-driven approach.

We offer paid training, weekly pay with daily options, uncapped bonuses, year-end bonus, and opportunities for full-time roles with benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Nashville area team.

We have opportunities to work in the East Nashville, Bellevue, Hermitage, Hendersonville, Madison, Antioch, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Brentwood, Smyrna and Thompson Lane locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.
