American Home Design is seeking enthusiastic Promotions Representatives to join our Nashville area team, with opportunities in multiple East Nashville, Bellevue, Murfreesboro and surrounding Tennessee locations. We offer part-time and full-time roles inside Home Depot stores, with a base pay plus uncapped bonuses.

You will engage shoppers, set qualified appointment times for free water tests, and use our script and tools to drive interest.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center).
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy; able to learn app-based systems.
• Must work at least one weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Able to walk a Home Depot store for a 4-hour shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers in conversation with a script to generate interest.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule appointments.
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism during the shift.

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Nashville area team. We have opportunities to work in the East Nashville, Bellevue, Hermitage, Hendersonville, Madison, Antioch, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Brentwood, Smyrna and Thompson Lane locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.
