American Home Design is seeking Promotions Representatives to work in-store at Home Depot locations in Dalton/Chattanooga. Roles include setting qualified appointments for free water tests and engaging shoppers with a scripted approach.

You’ll be paid weekly with base pay plus uncapped bonuses in a dynamic, incentive-driven environment. We offer paid training, potential full-time employment with benefits, including health insurance, and a growth path within the company.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background such as servers, retail, or call center.
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must work at least one weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Dalton GA/Chattanooga area team. We have opportunities to work in the Cleveland, Chattanooga and Dalton, Georgia locations. Whether you are looking for a part-time position or beginning a sales career; we offer both options.

Promotions Rep Job Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations
