American Home Design is hiring Promotions Representatives to join our Knoxville area team, with openings across Knoxville, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City and Morristown. Positions can be part-time or full-time. Our promoters work inside Home Depot stores, setting appointments for a free water test with shoppers.

If you’re outgoing and chatty, this could be a great fit. We provide paid training, a strong base plus uncapped bonuses, and flexible weekly pay (including daily option).

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center).
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers using a script to generate interest.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule appointments.
• Use provided script and tech tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism on shift.
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment targets.

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments
• Engage shoppers in conversation via a well trained script to generate interest in more information
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule the customer's appointment time on the spot
• Use the provided script and technology tools accurately
• Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
• Meet and exceed hourly appointment expectations
