American Home Design in Knoxville and surrounding TN towns seeks energetic Promotions Representatives to work in Home Depot stores. Part-time or full-time roles involve setting qualified appointments for in-home water assessments, engaging shoppers with a script, and arranging times with our Call Center.

You will earn a base pay with uncapped bonuses, weekly pay, and opportunities for full-time advancement with benefits including health insurance.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background.
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4 hour shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Knoxville area team. We have opportunities to work in the Knoxville, Maryville, Centerline, Oak Ridge, Sevierville, Lenoir City and Morristown locations.
