This high-energy sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations. Training is provided; flexible hours and both part-time and full-time opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities
