Aaron’s is hiring a Sales Manager to lead store sales, build customer and vendor relationships, and drive growth through marketing strategies. You will help manage operations, assist with deliveries when needed, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers an hourly wage ($13.25–$14.00) with performance-based incentive pay, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for career advancement. Benefits include health coverage and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the US and 18 in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification policy.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries if a driver is not available.
