Aaron’s Sales Managers are crucial to the customer service experience in our stores. They generate leads, close lease agreements, and process renewal payments while keeping showroom floors well maintained and merchandised to Aaron’s standards.

The role offers an hourly wage of $17.25 to $18.25 plus performance-based incentive pay, with benefits including PTO, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for career growth.
