Job summary

Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. This role is physically demanding but includes training and tools to perform safely.

The position offers hourly pay of $15.00 to $15.50 with incentive pay based on performance, plus a robust benefits package and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
