ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Burlington, NC. Earn $20-$22 per hour with uncapped commission and potential to $25-$35 per hour with incentives; part-time and full-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
