Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead all in-store activity in the assigned territory and ensure products are in stock, merchandised, and supported by POS across stores.

You will drive POD placement, manage displays, and execute national, regional, and local promotions while leveraging data to identify opportunities and tell compelling selling narratives. The role involves independent work in retail settings, weekend work, occasional travel, and a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising in grocery/beverage/dairy/CPG environments preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable working independently in stores.
• Ability to influence without authority; attention to detail; comfortable using mobile field tools.
• Ability to manage a structured route schedule; able to lift and build displays (30+ lbs).
• Calendar planning and organization experience; independent sales experience; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through placement, merchandising, and execution of permanent displays and PODs.
• Merchandise and maintain permanent and home-location displays to company standards.
• Ensure product availability across all placements; maintain stock and backroom inventory.
• Influence store ordering and place incremental orders with distributors as needed.
• Build collaborative relationships with store personnel to drive visibility and execution.
• Serve as a One Chobani brand ambassador with consumers and partners.
