Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead all in-store activity across the assigned territory. You will drive display placement, ensure product availability, and secure POS to maximize One Chobani visibility.

You will build relationships with store personnel, manage POS materials, and execute promotions while using data to identify opportunities and improve execution across locations. A personal vehicle is required for travel between stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in retail or field roles.
• Retail sales and field execution experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills required.
• Able to lift 30+ lbs and work independently in stores.
• Must have a personal vehicle and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store activity and ensure product availability across assigned territory.
• Merchandise displays, PODs, and POS materials to company standards.
• Place incremental orders to maintain stock for DSD/DSD SKUs.
• Build relationships with store staff and key stakeholders to drive visibility.
• Execute national, regional, and local promos to standards.
• Use data to identify opportunities and tell compelling selling stories.
