Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Indianapolis, IN. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time opportunities with weekly pay and uncapped commission.

You will engage customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations while representing the ARS brand with professionalism. Training is provided and advancement is possible to HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
