Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview in Indianapolis, IN is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores. The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with hourly pay plus commissions, plus the chance to advance into HVAC sales advisor roles.

You’ll engage customers, generate leads, educate on services, and maintain a positive brand presence in-store.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
