Job summary

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling seeks in-store sales lead generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission with an average $20–$30/hour with commission and weekly direct deposit pay.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers


• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)


• Ability to stand and walk during shifts


• Weekend and some holiday availability


• Reliable transportation


• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand


• Ability to attend weekly in-office meeting
