American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in College Station, TX. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities exist, with hours geared toward productive appointments each shift and weekend availability required.

Company Name: ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview:

Pay: $18-20 per hour + UNCAPPED commission
Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission

**Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly

Qualifications:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
