American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Brenham, TX.

The role offers $18–20/hour with uncapped commission and part-time or full-time schedules, plus paid training and weekly pay. No door-to-door work, with opportunities to advance into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.

• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune‑ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in‑home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead‑generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.

Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours‑generating appointments each shift.

Qualifications

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
