Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders, answer questions, resolve issues, and trace order status or shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Move cylinders and conduct warehouse duties for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and hard goods accessories and demonstrate products.
• Maintain customer records and pricing.
• Make outbound calls to retail and small customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and support additional locations.
