ARS-Rescue Rooter in Gaithersburg, MD is hiring In-Store Sales Consultants to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You will connect with homeowners during shopping, learn their home comfort needs, and introduce ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions. Flexible hours with part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
