ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Frederick, MD. This part-time and full-time role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting to connect homeowners with ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, educate customers, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations while maintaining a professional in-store presence.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations
