Linde plc in Oklahoma City is seeking a customer-focused associate to handle telephone orders, counter sales, and warehouse duties while supporting the Outside Sales team. You will promote gases and related accessories, maintain accurate customer records, and assist with pricing and order tracking.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide excellent service to B2B and retail customers.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and enter telephone orders; answer questions and resolve challenges; trace order status or shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories; conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer records and pricing; ensure accurate account setup.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins; support additional locations.

• You Will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store salesrepresentative
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup andpricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins andoccasionally support additional locations

What makes you great

• Youhave a high school diploma / GED
• More than one (1+) year(s) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales is preferred
• You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in thisrole
• Further, you do not have a DUI / DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictionswithin the last ten (10) years
• Able to lift 50lbs
