ARS-Rescue Rooter in Front Royal, VA is hiring Retail Appointment Setters to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS heating and cooling solutions and IAQ services.

This position offers part-time opportunities with weekend (Friday–Sunday) scheduling, weekly pay, and uncapped commissions on top of hourly wages.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating, cooling and home comfort solutions.
• Start friendly conversations about home comfort, energy efficiency and IAQ.
• Educate customers on ARS services and home improvements.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions with management and ARS team members.
