Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring in-store Sales Appointment Setters in Greensboro, NC. This role focuses on engaging homeowners in retail locations, generating leads, and scheduling free in-home consultations.

You will work part-time or full-time with flexible hours, earning an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a national HVAC/plumbing/home services team with room for career growth.

Qualifications

  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand/walk during shifts and stay energized.
  • Weekend availability is required by some roles and shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Engage shoppers and discuss home comfort solutions.
  • Educate customers about ARS heating, cooling, and home services.
  • Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
  • Enter customer details and book appointments for ARS specialists.
  • Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
  • Support in-store promotions with retail teams.
