ARS-Rescue Rooter in Greensboro, NC is hiring In-Store Sales Appointment Setters to work inside major home improvement retailers. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations.

You'll connect with shoppers, learn their home comfort needs, and introduce ARS heating, cooling, and energy-efficiency solutions. Flexible hours with weekend availability; part-time and full-time opportunities; uncapped commission with earning potential.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend availability and some holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from store locations.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Willingness to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency and IAQ.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
