Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Appointment Setters to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Winston-Salem, NC. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, with pay $20-$22 per hour plus uncapped commission and potential earnings of $25-$35 per hour with incentives.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available. You'll connect with homeowners, educate them on ARS home comfort solutions, and schedule free in-home

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
