Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Shawnee, KS. Speak with customers about upgrades, energy savings, and home performance opportunities; generate leads or schedule in-home consultations.

Role offers weekly pay via direct deposit, uncapped commissions on top of hourly pay, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
