Job summary

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in retail stores and generate qualified home-improvement leads. You’ll discuss HVAC and plumbing solutions, explain tune-ups and replacements, and set up in-home consultations or service appointments.

No HVAC experience is required; we value an outgoing personality, reliability, and willingness to speak with shoppers.

Qualifications

• Outgoing individuals who can engage shoppers in a retail setting.
• Experience in retail, kiosks, or sales is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to speak with shoppers and generate leads.
• Weekend and some holiday availability may be required.

Generate leads for a FREE in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up and one of our industry experts will take over from there!

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
