Job summary

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring in-store sales representatives / lead generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage with customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and educate them on HVAC and plumbing solutions.

Typical earnings include hourly pay plus uncapped commission with weekly pay and paid training. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, with opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

What You Need:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
