Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

You will engage with customers in a retail setting, generate qualified leads for in-home consultations, and help customers understand HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, and replacement options. Economic incentives include uncapped commission and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check required by law.

• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand
