Fit2Run seeks an in-store Community Specialist who thrives on connection and energy. You’ll actively engage with the local running and fitness community while contributing on the sales floor.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager and Community Marketing Coordinator to create experiences, drive traffic, and elevate the Fit2Run brand both inside and outside the store. You will split time between community outreach and retail sales, leading events, facilitating gait analyses, and promoting

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local run clubs, race directors, fitness studios, and wellness partners.
• Collaborate to secure and execute race packet pickup partnerships.
• Plan and lead in-store events like group runs, workshops, and brand activations.
• Partner with coaches, athletes, and fitness pros to create meaningful experiences.
• Represent Fit2Run at races, expos, and community events.
• Promote events via social media and in-store channels.
• Support Doctor’s Program outreach and event planning.
• Track participation and engagement to improve impact.
