Fit2Run is seeking a Retail Sales Associate who will actively engage customers on the sales floor, ask questions, and deliver an experience beyond a simple transaction. You will learn the Fit2Run Fit process, including gait analysis and personalized recommendations, and help guests find the right fit for their goals.

You’ll support teammates, restock, and keep the store inviting while embracing energy, initiative, and a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and guide to best solution for goals.
• Restock the floor and keep the store looking its best.
• Participate in community events, run clubs, and in-store experiences.
