Job summary

Collins Comfort Masters in Arizona's East Valley is seeking a Roadshow Lead Generator to visit Costco locations, engage customers and schedule in-home sales appointments for HVAC and water purification services.

This full-time on-site role requires weekend work and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for customer engagement are essential. Experience with roadshows or retail is a plus, but drive and potential matter most.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Able to stand 4-8 hours and travel to sites.
• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance to support the company image.
• Transport roadshow equipment including banners and tables.
• Maintain and utilize the kiosk/display to communicate benefits.
• Initiate conversations and schedule sales appointments.
• Educate customers about HVAC and Water Purification programs.
• Achieve KPIs and goals.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
