Job summary

The role requires at least 18, availability for 4 days/30 hours per week, the ability to stand for long periods, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Spanish (Preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Retail sales experience: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance and benchmarks.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
