Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-person team in Texas. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories according to company guidance and benchmarks. This role requires standing for long periods and reliable transportation.

We value bilingual abilities and a strong customer-service mindset, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in customer service and upselling techniques.
• Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high-quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Model best practices and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures.
