Job summary

Acosta Group's Product Connections is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, gain product knowledge, and engage shoppers professionally. The role is part-time, capped at 25 hours weekly, and requires a neat appearance and basic computer skills.

You will prepare, serve, and break down products and equipment, interact with customers to highlight features, and complete all online and expense tasks in alignment with company policy.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquires product knowledge for demonstrations.
• Proactively engage, interact, and sell products to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, and other appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming.
• Set up Event Table and support client visits.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of event execution.
• Access internet, company systems, Outlook, Word and PDF forms.
